Tilted Implants and Sinus Floor Elevation Techniques Compared in Posterior Edentulous Maxilla: A Retrospective Clinical Study over Four Years of Follow-Up

The aim of this study was to evaluate the implant survival rate, marginal bone loss, and surgical prosthetic complications implants placed through sinus floor elevation tilted engaged in basal bypass maxillary sinus.
