نویسندگان

چکیده

The aim of this study was to evaluate the implant survival rate, marginal bone loss, and surgical prosthetic complications implants placed through sinus floor elevation tilted engaged in basal bypass maxillary sinus. Sixty patients were enrolled for study. According residual height posterior maxilla, sample divided into three groups 20 patients: Group A (lateral elevation), B (transcrestal C (tilted employed floor). Follow-up visits performed one week after surgery, at six months, then once a year next 4 years. outcomes complications. Although Groups A, B, demonstrated rates 83.3%, 86.7%, 98.3%, respectively, statistical analysis showed no statistically significant difference between groups. Statistically differences also not found concerning as recorded by intra-oral X-ray measurements during follow-up examinations. Regarding complications, it possible perform analysis. To reduce risks, placement could be preferred.

Transcrestal sinus floor elevation: a retrospective study of 46 patients up to 16 years.

BACKGROUND The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical outcomes and radiographic data of transcrestal sinus floor elevation (TSFE) of residual alveolar bone ≤3 mm. METHODS Forty-six patients, edentulous in one or both maxillary posterior segments, were enrolled in this study. The residual alveolar ridge was measured. TSFE without bone grafting was performed. Three months after the firs...
